I should have looked at the reviews, as the quirk for this particular branch is to order on the first floor if you want to dine-in. The security guard did try to explain this to me, but being an ignorant Englishman I thought I knew better. The range of food is great and reasonably priced. Once I ordered, I was directed outside to pick up the food from the order window. The staff showed great patience in my not catching them calling out in French for order no. 4494, but upon showing them my receipt they confirmed and sent me on my way. The food itself was hot (I walked approx 0.5 mile back toward my hotel to find a quiet bench to sit and eat) and it was still hot when I got to it. Recommend for fast service (I was given my order ahead of others waiting) and hot food - even at 8pm on a Thursday

Honestly, I think the detour is worth it. It's very large, with 3 floors and the service is fast, depending on the number of people. Quite clean, with toilets, etc.

The assistant manager, who is of Vietnamese origin, is professional. When there was a problem, he resolved it effectively and efficiently. He has contributed to a positive brand image. For him, I give 5 stars. However, a server working on the first floor needs to improve their level of professionalism and respect for customers. Servers on two floors chat amongst themselves during service, discussing things they don't fully understand. If they misinterpret, it will cause a scandal and damage the brand's image. It's better to avoid casual conversation and focus on providing good service and professional communication with customers. That's their most important task.

The service and the food were OK, but (but, but, but) the regular Coke without ice looked like Coke but didn't taste like it. Was it diluted with water to save money (which would be petty) or something else? It's a shame because this is the first time this has ever happened to me at McDonald's. What's going on at your restaurant?

Quiet in the morning, but by midday it was too crowded, which is a shame.
