I arrived at 9:35 at the restaurant and the Person at the reception was kind enough to Serve me a coffee despite opening at 10am All with a smile and even On the spot! Thank you for this good start to the day

It's super cold, I had the impression that there was air conditioning even though it's January. We can never have the dessert we want because they are always out of stock. The toilets are not clean at all.

3. Well there you have it, a wise return... much more pleasant today, with very pleasant employees. The only downside is the air conditioning, here again, there's not much you can do about it... just choose your place carefully 🤗 2. The 'not unpleasant' remains valid... which means you always have to try again 🤗. 1. Not an unpleasant shame, the supply left something to be desired, but hey, given the current situation... we're already very happy to be able to consume there again!

I just went to the McDonald's this evening, at the drive-through which made us wait to prepare our order. I think it was the kitchen manager who, to apologize for our wait, offered to treat us to something extra. It’s a pleasure, thank you again for this commercial gesture.

Hum, poorly organized to collect her order the poor young woman uses her voice to announce your order it would be much simpler to have a screen think of your staff Mr Mrs manager... which explains the note.
