Pleasantly surprised by the welcome from the night team, especially Romane, Sébastien, Kayna, and Kélya, we were served quickly and the meal was hot. I would gladly return.

I arrived at McDonald's at 8:50 PM. There were probably only about ten people there. Many employees were busy, chatting amongst themselves, and the tables weren't being cleaned. So, I asked for some cleaning product for my table. The young woman, Regan, gave me the product and a cleaning cloth and left me to clean the table myself, knowing that all the tables were dirty and not even crowded. I find this extremely deplorable. [Insert my name]

We organized our son's birthday party and it went very well. The entertainers were attentive and helpful. The activities were fantastic. The children had a wonderful time. Many thanks again to Amaya and Kayna for their patience and availability with the children. Thank you so much!

As usual, McDonald's was good and the staff were smiling and friendly. But I wish the teams who had to deal with a completely unhinged customer yesterday much courage. He was strutting around in front of his girlfriend, complaining that the tables weren't clean and that it wasn't normal, etc., etc.
The teams are already overwhelmed with a job that's far from easy, so put your ego aside and come as you are 😉

The service is fast, the staff are polite and smiling, even when it's busy. My order was complete, piping hot, and everything was delicious.
The dining area was clean, the patio pleasant, and the drive-thru works perfectly. There's a real improvement in the organization and customer service.
I highly recommend the Callian location; it's always a great experience when I go! 🍔✨
