I left a bad review a few months/years ago, I have to change it, everything is much better, less waiting time, quality service, the burgers are well made, the fries are hot which is nice to see, plus it's been a long time since I've had any problems collecting my order which is also a good point, in short the legendary McDonald's of Rome with its bad reputation seems to have disappeared!

Julie was very friendly and smiling. It's a pleasure to meet people like her. The order was perfect, the service was quick and warm. The interior was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas.
