McDonald's sur Senlis

The French cuisine at this establishment was magnificent. The sauces were experienced as amazing, and the choice of the milkshake and fries combination was unrivaled. The vegetarian, food-like fried edible substance lost its tastelessness thanks to exactly the right amount of salt. In short, a fantastic experience. Special mention for the "Japanese" sauce.

We were at Parc Astérix yesterday and ate at your restaurant. I would like you to personally thank the lady who was serving customers at 11 pm yesterday, a petite woman with short hair. She demonstrated exemplary professionalism, a gentleness, and a kindness rarely seen in fast food—it's worth mentioning! This lady always had a smile, even at 11 pm, for every customer, and these days, a smile is priceless. Please keep this employee on your team for a long time, as she embodies the excellence of customer service in fast food, in my opinion! Just one small point about cleanliness: I understand there was a lot of traffic, but the tables and the areas around the windows weren't clean… that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's too expensive for something that's not even good.

Very good, but I came across an employee at the drive-thru who was quite "strange." He came suddenly towards me and froze for a while. I asked him what was wrong, and he left laughing.

A very kind lady, and funny too.

No McFlurry again this summer! It's becoming a recurring problem every summer! And practically no sauce in the little ranch wrap...

Lunch service on 02/07/26: Honestly, hats off to the staff! Smiling staff, clean table, very calm atmosphere, and the waiters/waitresses were super friendly. Bravo! And I've been to many McDonald's restaurants in my life.
