Following a dispute at the drive-thru, I was contacted by the manager who was very understanding and attentive, and even offered me compensation. His professionalism and responsiveness truly helped resolve the situation. Thank you again, I will definitely return.

New organization. Quieter location. Seated waiting area. Perfect for a family outing. Less stress. The restrooms were filthy at 7 pm. Unacceptable.

There's always at least one mistake in every single one of our click-and-collect orders: either something's missing, or there's a mix-up with our order. Plus, apparently the kids aren't getting toys or books anymore… this is at least the fifth time we haven't received anything. It's the same with the loyalty points: we order our gift and it's not there when we get home. So we've lost our points and received nothing in return. It's not cool… We're loyal customers of this McDonald's, but we're seriously considering switching because there's always some kind of problem. The staff, however, are quite friendly and welcoming.

I'm raising my review score thanks to an employee who, frankly, every time she serves me, is really smiling, polite, really nothing to complain about, the manager told me her name (Kimberley) well done to her and her work! When it's bad, we say it, but when it's good, we have to say it too, and I congratulate her!

Un mot à dire "deguelasse " En quelque année, le service est devenue lamentable , imangeable, croque recuit je ne sais combien de fois que le pain est trop dur, les hamburger 2 feuilles de salade, les frites du carton froids sans sel.. ya juste les nuggets qui sauve un peu le truc .. enfin à fuir vraiment.. je suis retourner malgré tout plusieurs fois en espérant juste avoir pas eu de bol mais à chaque fois que j'y vais ... de pire en pire. La c'était la dernière ... mcdo est déjà cher si en plus de ça on est mal servi ...

19/02/2026: An extraordinary Valentine's Day 2026: for our first visit to this restaurant under this name, it was a truly magnificent moment of sharing and pleasure. La 5ème Saveur (The Fifth Flavor) offers refined, sophisticated cuisine bursting with flavor, where the wine pairings suggested by the sommelier are perfectly matched. All the ingredients are there for a wonderful time in a pleasant, elegant setting, with a warm welcome, efficient service from smiling and attentive staff. After enjoying the Valentine's Day menu, we left the table completely satisfied. Congratulations to Chef Sylvain Relativo, a true culinary enthusiast, and to his entire team. I highly recommend this restaurant to wine lovers and connoisseurs, as well as to those with discerning palates, to savor delicious dishes served by the chef himself, who provides clear and logical explanations beforehand.
