McDonald's remains a good place for a quick break. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is really nice, and you can tell they're doing their best to make sure everything goes smoothly. The service is fast; you don't have to wait long, which is always appreciated when you just want to eat without wasting time. The tables could be cleaned a little better sometimes, but that doesn't detract from the fact that the overall experience is still quite enjoyable and efficient.

The service was quick and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The children's play area was particularly dirty: the glass walls were filthy, and the surfaces and play equipment were in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The tables and chairs were also stained and could use a good cleaning.
This is especially disappointing given that it's a space intended for children, where hygiene should be a priority. I sincerely hope this issue will be addressed, as more regular cleaning would significantly improve the experience.

As a regular at McDonald's in Lyon and the surrounding area, I wanted to thank the kitchen staff because the sandwiches are well-made and very good (the double cheeseburger in particular). It varies from one restaurant to another, so I wanted to mention that.
In addition to the large and clean dining area and the parking lot, thank you to the team.

Emilie and her boss are still as nice as ever.
Unfortunately, it's always the best ones who leave…
Who knows? Maybe in the fall?
Emilie is a great waitress at McDonald's Bron Toys.
Always incredibly friendly and pleasant.
I love her! I've been a loyal customer every Friday night for takeout for the past 10 years.

My daughter and I regularly visit the McDonald's in Bron and we're always very satisfied. The welcome is warm, and the staff are friendly and helpful, which is really appreciated.
We especially love the café area and the dessert bar, which allow us to finish our meal with ice cream, cake, or coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.
Every visit is a great experience. It's a restaurant we always enjoy returning to. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and professionalism!
