A huge thank you to Amandine and Alexandra at the drive-thru on the night of September 24th who demonstrated excellent customer service.

I go to this McDonald's regularly, and I'm always warmly welcomed by the staff. The service is always excellent, nothing to complain about, you can go there with your eyes closed!

Beautiful establishment, very different from those in Italy. Food in line with our average fare, the only flaws being the water in a reusable glass, the Cedar chips without a fork, the yogurt without a spoon, and finally the donuts just thrown on the tray. Maybe it's because we Italians are more refined, but our service, even at fast food restaurants, is impeccable.

Hello. I wanted to share a truly moving experience. Last Thursday, September 9, 2026, around 8:30 a.m., in desperation, I was looking for a restroom for my 86-year-old mother. Stuck, I approached several shops in the area, requesting exceptional access to their restrooms for a small fee, as I couldn't leave my mother in such a state of stress, embarrassment, and above all, suffering. Only Mr. J-C from McDonald's, after explaining the urgency of the situation, did he open the doors of his restaurant, which was still closed, without hesitation. A huge thank you, Mr. J-C, for your humanity, your kindness, and for allowing my mother to stop suffering. I am so grateful.
