Fries often cold and a long wait

Don't be in a hurry, they're incredibly slow 🐌 it's pathetic! You might as well just grab a sandwich from the supermarket. Update 2025: Still just as pathetic, if not worse. An endless wait for click and collect. An employee comes out to ask for our order number and takes it to the car in front of us. BUT the person in the car in front of us gets out and asks if it's our order. And magically, it is! An oversight in the order makes us come back, and they don't even respect our request for a plain KitKat ice cream; we get a caramel KitKat. When we pointed out the employee's car mix-up, the person, with their complete indifference, just gives us a loud "ah." It's about time this McDonald's reinvented itself with employees who actually want to meet customer needs and act professionally. Take a page from Burger King in Tarbes! They're the best of the best! Update August 2025: IT'S ABSOLUTELY NO BETTER! A 30-MINUTE wait! We were given a bag with two burgers and one fry. Even though our order also included a drink and ice cream, we had to ask for the rest of our order! The person responded rather coldly! The fries were cold and inedible! The self-service kiosks were malfunctioning, and there were no drinks except water. The staff were sighing, showing they were overwhelmed. They tried to make up for it by apologizing! And there were people waiting for quite some time... You commented that you were going to improve, but clearly it's not showing at all... Update 2026 I came twice for an iced Americano, and it was very good. Today... the iced Americano... is hot... 🤔... Update March 2026 I'm not giving up, I'm going back and wow! Click and collect: Excellent seating system, complete order, friendly staff! And quick pickup! Well done, nothing but positive things to say this month! 👏👏👏

This McDonald's is truly amazing!!! The managers are just incredible. I have a favorite, but I won't say what it is here. Anyway, I highly recommend it!!

Turn on the heat!! Please!! Eating in the cold with jackets on isn't great!!

So the poor manager seems overwhelmed and is running around everywhere! I notice that he motivates his team well and listens to his customers. But a word of advice for him: take a step back and observe instead of running around. The bins are overflowing, the out-of-stock fries haven't been deactivated on the vending machines, and the cash registers haven't been reactivated. In short, I suppose they're experiencing a big rush with the high volume of customers, but still.

Superb renovation, however the new seats really hurt my backside; I feel like I've been through the wringer.
