McDonald's sur Villeneuve-D'Ascq

The menu was delivered quickly with the entire order. It was easy to find a seat for a family, and the table was clean. The staff were friendly.

Excellent service, thank you to the young man who served us at the drive-thru; he was respectful and kind. Our ice creams were well-served.

Quick and easy, but the Big Mac was completely squashed and there was a ton of salad.

Back home, and it's a shame to see the toilets dirty again at 5pm.

Sometimes the fries are cold, but generally everything is good.

Thank you again to the manager on Saturday, December 20th, for your kindness. My friends and I were touched by your thoughtfulness. It's wonderful to see that there are still kind people out there. 🙂 We wish you happy holidays!

A pleasant surprise at the drive-thru! The waitress was super friendly and smiling. We got 14 different sauces for our fries! And a little note on the napkin saying "Enjoy your meal :)". Honestly, it's so nice to encounter people like that. Keep up the good work!

His professionalism and kindness deserve to be highlighted. A quick reminder: respecting employees is essential. Leaving dirty tables uncleaned is disrespectful. Emilien demonstrates real courage and excellent customer service skills. Management can be proud to have him on their team.

Every time I come to this McDonald's, it's always a pleasure thanks to Thomas and his team. The welcome is warm, the smiles are genuine, and you can immediately tell they love what they do. Thomas, in particular, brings a real positive energy: he offers kind advice, remains available even when it's busy, and truly puts you at ease. What I appreciate most is that this quality of service isn't a fluke: it's like this every single time. You can see that he inspires his team, creates a great atmosphere around him, and that it's reflected in the service. Everyone seems motivated, united, and attentive to the customers.
