Hello, top of the top. It’s the only cleanest McDonald’s in Lille with friendly servers. They upgraded everything renovated. I felt like I was in a chic restaurant when I went to the toilet. Shocked by the cleanliness of the toilets. The Macdo team I congratulate you and well thought of the QR code which is on the table.

Hello, I placed a click and collect order this evening. I ordered a large and a medium menu, except we had two medium fries. I tried to call several times, no one picked up! Having been a manager for the competition, I know that the telephone is extremely important even if it remains "annoying" to answer in the middle of service.

Good morning,
I am sending you this message following 3 telephone calls with no response from you.
When ordering DT39 today, an error was made.
I ordered 2 mcfirst chicken menus, just chicken bread and cheese was still added.
So I can't eat my burgers.
Edit: a commercial gesture was offered to me in return for my communication on their messenger. I am therefore modifying my opinion accordingly.

Overall satisfied. Clean restaurant and fast service. Large terrace outside. The opening hours are wide and sufficient. On the other hand, something super important to note: on Losc match nights or shows at the Pierre Mauroy stadium, this McDonald's is taken over very quickly and it is then difficult to go there (peak between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.)
