McDonald's sur La Rochelle

I never leave Google reviews, but I arrived one evening during my vacation with my family of seven, and the manager deserves the highest rating. His smile, his helpfulness, and his patience (which is essential with seven of us) are remarkable. This young man deserves his position and even the opportunity to move up another rung on the ladder. Slow service and food not hot. Expensive for what you get!

The wait for our meal was long. It was noisy, but the food was okay.

I have no problem with the order itself, except for the drink which wasn't what I ordered 🤷, the rest was OK. What I'll remember, and it's a real shame because I never want to come back because of this... those who, like me, placed their orders at the outside kiosk to pick them up there will understand 😮‍💨 this UNPLEASANT, DISGUSTING SMELL OF SHIT AND PISS between the kiosk and their counter, unbearable. If I had been alone, I would have left immediately 🤢. I don't even understand how the staff who open and close their little window at the counter don't spray bleach to sanitize the place. They must smell it too 🤷. The surrounding area is disgusting; there are bins that don't belong to McDonald's, but that doesn't help since they're overflowing with trash 😱🤢. No, it's not a place to enjoy yourself from beginning to end.

I am a regular McDonald's customer, I travel across France for work and I was pleasantly surprised by this one, plus I was helped by a certain Bastien when I ordered because the kiosk wasn't working, I have good memories of it.

A calm atmosphere with good, friendly service, well laid out with space both outside and inside.

Nice McDonald's, and contrary to some reviews, I found it quite clean when I went. The staff was very pleasant. There was a bit of a wait, but nothing too bad.
