This restaurant offers fairly quick service, which is very convenient when you're in a hurry. However, I noticed that the cleanliness could be improved for a more pleasant experience. The food itself is what you'd expect from this chain. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the staff seemed efficient and courteous. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick bite.

A huge thank you to Mohamed, who was working at the McDonald's in Beaune, near the toll plaza exit/entrance, on August 21, 2026, around 11:40 PM!
Honestly, he's a lovely person—smiling, welcoming, and truly professional. It's a pleasure to be served with such kindness, especially at such a late hour. Mohamed went above and beyond, with a wonderful welcome and a really positive attitude.
Well done to him; he definitely deserves 5 stars! Employees like Mohamed really give the restaurant an excellent image. Thank you again, and please don't change a thing!

I had a problem paying by card; when I ordered at my table, I had to order at the kiosk.
For once, the fries and sandwiches were hot.
It was 2:30 PM. The restaurant was relatively clean.

We've been to McDonald's a lot... so here we want to highlight the helpfulness, politeness, and kindness of the staff. Quick service. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. Good layout and nice decor.

I had promised myself I wouldn't go to McDonald's again after a bad experience at another one... This one has restored my faith in the chain. The fries were hot, the burgers well-made, and the service was pleasant and quick. Plus, there's a working charging station in the parking lot for electric vehicles. Just a minute from the highway exit. Thank you!
