An excellent discovery in Levern, La Garaudière offers meats grilled over a wood fire. The room is very spacious, with the fireplace on one wall. Guests can see the meat being cut and grilled, while enjoying the heat of the fire. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, we were even overflowing outside of hours. Animals are accepted, dogs of all breeds kept on a leash. Simply notify when booking to have a suitable table. There is also a shaded terrace that you will have to come and try out in summer. A lunch for two, à la carte, with a Charolais rib of beef and half a bottle of Ladoix 2017 premier cru, all for €200. This is the place where every lover of good meat must go 😊

A very beautiful old place, a warm atmosphere thanks to the fireplace. The cuisine was delicious: perfectly mastered charcoal cooking. We came there with two children who were very well received.
We hope to return soon.

I would give 6 stars if it were possible. Everything is impeccable. A wonderful welcome, a beautiful room. Exceptional chefs who are close to the customer, succulent cuisine.

Very warm place with a great welcome...we feel at home...and what can we say about the large fireplace where beautiful pieces of meat are cooked...absolutely worth trying...we are there will come back with pleasure.
