Sumptuous setting, friendly and no-frills staff. The bistro's cuisine is excellent and the historic setting is very warm. The park and its watercourse are ideal for relaxation.

We had a great time and the restaurant has a lovely wine list. For the kitchen, the finesse did not convince us. We ordered a parsley ham to take away, but it was of poor quality and tasteless, unfortunately. We know how to cook, but it is not sufficiently sophisticated and lacks regularity. Nevertheless, thank you for serving us seaweed butter, at our request, which was delicious. We will come back and if a spa will be added to the services offered, it will be a paradise in Burgundy!

We stayed Hostellerie de Levernois to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Our entire experience from making our booking to planning all of our activities, meals, etc, to our arrival, and departure were amazing. Pablo and the entire staff deserve the utmost praise, they made this experience unforgettable for us helping to plan our winery visits during our stay, taxis and meals. The hotel itself is so romantic and cozy, all of the little touches put it over the top: printed custom itinerary, a note from the staff welcoming us, towels heated daily, nightly turn down, and everywhere you go you are greeted with a smile and feel like you're at home. We ate at both restaurants onsite and really enjoyed both experiences. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful in the dining room setting and my favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. It is set on a beautiful property and there is a small walking trail we took one afternoon. Additionally, they have chess sets and board games for guests to use. Location is not far from Beaune and the surrounding Burgundy wine region.

Mooi hotel rustig gelegen . heeft een mooi aangelegde tuin. veel parkeergelegenheid.spijtig dat er geen zwembad aanwezig is. kamers zijn in orde met bad en douche. Diner culinair en top bediening. plus punt autoruiten worden s morgens vroeg gewassen.

Nous sommes une famille de 3 personnes et avons eu le plaisir de séjourner à plusieurs reprises dans ce havre de paix. Nos expériences ont toujours été enrichies, que ce soit dans le bâtiment principal historique ou dans l'annexe récemment ouverte, où la fusion entre tradition et modernité crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et confortable. Les deux restaurants de l'hôtel, dont l'un est étoilé Michelin, offrent une expérience culinaire raffinée et mémorable. La carte des vins est exceptionnelle. Ce qui distingue vraiment l'Hostellerie de Levernois, c'est son engagement envers l'amélioration continue, ce qui est évident à chaque visite. La bienveillance et les attentions chaleureuses de l'équipe nous font sentir comme chez nous. Nous sommes toujours impatients de revenir séjourner dans cet établissement exceptionnel.

This hotel is truly exceptional. We had stayed here several years ago during the summer, and this time we came back with our children. We were pleasantly surprised by the numerous changes that have taken place since the change in ownership, such as the addition of a beautiful and spacious outdoor pool. However, we were relieved to find that the charm of the hotel had been wonderfully preserved. As a family of five, we stayed in the newly developed Pavilion and were delighted to have connecting rooms with plenty of thoughtful details. The breakfast and dinner offerings were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly romantic. We are already looking forward to returning with our children next summer.
