I had a fantastic time at the McDonald's in Oberhausbergen! The staff is very welcoming and professional, the service is fast, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Disappointing experience. The order was correct but nothing special, and some items were lacking in freshness. The service was slow and the staff inattentive. The hygiene and cleanliness of the tables also left something to be desired. Overall, a very average visit.

We often tend to criticize when things aren't going well, but we also need to recognize when things are improving. We've already had several problems with this McDonald's, and the most recent one was the final straw. I filed a complaint with customer service without much faith, thinking it wouldn't work. To my surprise, the supervisor called me back to understand what had happened. We talked, he took my comments seriously, and even made a gesture of goodwill. I wasn't expecting a call or a gesture from them. In the end, the supervisor and the manager on site managed to turn bad past experiences into a positive one!
It just goes to show that when the right people take charge, everything can only go well!
