McDonald's sur Tours

I went through the drive-thru at 11:15 am, and there was no one ahead of me. They took my order, then I waited over 5 minutes at the register with no one coming to greet me. My partner had to go into the restaurant to ask to be served. The welcome was very unpleasant, with no apology. When someone finally came to serve me, there was no apology, no smile, even though I pointed out the wait. The employee who served me didn't even look at me or respond. On top of that, the fries were very cold (and I live 5 minutes away). We really didn't enjoy our meal. €20 for two set menus, deplorable service, and a bad meal. We've been coming here for years, and we've noticed it getting worse and worse. That's it, we won't be back. We hope you can train or recruit more friendly and professional staff, with real customer service.

McDonald's is very clean, the service is quick, and the staff are very pleasant and attentive. The play area is great for all ages.

We've been going to the McDonald's in Tours Nord for over 15 years, and the staff is friendly. However, if you want hot food, you have to go after 10:30 PM. The fries are barely cooked. If you ask for hot fries, you get the impression that it's a problem. And for the last three visits, there haven't been any ice cubes in the drinks. The more time passes, the lower the quality becomes. It's a shame.

McDonald's was very clean, the service was quick, and the waitress named Tracy was extremely helpful. I highly recommend it!
