So, it's not bad and they're not mean, but every time I get the impression they're always surprised or overwhelmed. By that I mean whether there's 1 or 20 customers, the wait time is always the same.... I don't understand. Incidentally, one out of every two kiosks is malfunctioning; you have to press really hard on the screens.

I've been going to this McDonald's for over 20 years and I'm surprisingly impressed by the change! The staff is much friendlier, more polite, and more helpful! I hope they keep it up!

30/12/2025: We tried the restaurant. Good value for money and excellent service. Be aware that the American Express logo is visible upon entry, but unfortunately they don't accept it. (Too bad)
08/12/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Villa Borgo, and I must say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling, helpful team who were truly attentive to every detail. Their sense of service, combining professionalism and kindness, greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable. I sincerely thank the entire team for the quality of their welcome and for their attention to detail at every moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.

18/07/2026: There's no air conditioning, or at least you can't feel it at all! It's really awful in the middle of a heatwave.
15/07/2026: A very good McDonald's I had during a layover on my trip to the south. The food was hot and the place is well laid out. Plenty of seating. And efficient staff!
