Meh, not great in Saarbrücken, Germany. It's better and more professional.
The service there is more professional... And above all, faster, with a smile to match.
Although the restaurant and drive-thru were practically empty, it took over 12 minutes for our order to arrive. The fries with cheese and bacon were unfortunately already cold, as they were probably the first order prepared, but the burgers took longer.
It's disappointing when the staff doesn't ensure that all the food is packed together while still warm/hot.
Despite a slight lack of sauce at the beginning, which was quickly resolved, the service was good and the staff were friendly. It's a welcome change from other McDonald's where you sometimes feel like you're being treated badly.
The meal was good and, what's more, my burger wasn't squashed, which I really appreciated.
It's small. The charging stations are very close together. The rest is fine.
The staff was pleasant. Nothing more, nothing less. Even the parking lot is small... I parked at Feu Vert...
