29/07/2026: The quality is still excellent, no complaints there. However, the service and the way some customers are treated have changed significantly. As a loyal customer since they opened, I've often felt unwelcome, while others seem to receive different treatment. It's a shame, because the experience no longer reflects the quality of the products. Personally, I now prefer to shop elsewhere.

17/07/2026: A fantastic place for a romantic dinner for two, offering truly high-quality cuisine. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. This is fine dining, so please don't expect pizza and schnitzel. If you enjoy good food and don't have to find fault with everything... you absolutely must go. We love it. The service is also excellent.

07/08/2026: A very bad first experience. There were six of us at the table, and of the six courses served, four were problematic. The cordon bleu arrived cold, giving the impression of eating a poorly reheated frozen product. In another dish, we found a long hair, a completely unacceptable lack of hygiene. To top it all off, the two pieces of beef, which we ordered medium-rare, arrived almost raw. The cooking instructions were completely wrong, and the meat was also extremely tough, making it very unpleasant to eat. When more than half the dishes at a single table are problematic, it's no longer a simple incident but a serious lack of attention to detail, both in the kitchen and in the quality control of the dishes before service. This first experience will also be our last. Very disappointing.

05/08/2026: We didn’t stay at the hotel. We ate dinner there. The service was mediocre. I know that in Europe the service is different than America but it was very obvious our waiter was not impressed with us. I ordered the cordon blue with mashed potatoes. I tried the fish and chips. I would not recommend the cordon blue. Sadly, it didn’t really have as much flavor as I would expect. Other folks at our table enjoyed their food. I did think the mashed potatoes were pretty good. I did also enjoy the fish. The tart of the day had no flavor either. The crème brûlée was better. Overall, it was a decent ish experience but I wouldn’t go back. I would try other places before going back.

27/07/2026: I stopped by on a whim and I wasn't disappointed. The ice cream was truly excellent, with a pronounced flavor and a very smooth texture. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. There's a wide selection of flavors and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great place, I'll definitely be back!

18/07/2026: Here is the review you apparently requested: We came, four of us, for lunch. The place is pleasant and nicely decorated, the food was very good, hence my four stars. However, the service was strained. Upon our arrival, a young man behind the bar, without a greeting or any politeness, asked us, "Have you made a reservation?" The waitress in the dining room was more than unpleasant; she gave the impression of bothering everyone. This impression was shared by the four people at our table and the couple sitting at the next table.
