07/05/2026: A huge thank you to Jasmine, Kaély, and Anne-Sophie for their kindness and professionalism at my son's birthday party at McDonald's. For two hours, they looked after the children with great patience, good humor, and attentiveness. Thanks to them, the children had a wonderful time, and everything was perfectly organized. Thank you again for your warm welcome and smiles; it's truly a pleasure to meet such lovely people! 😊
03/05/2026: On this cloudy Sunday in May 2026, I ordered a McDonald's to go. The food was good (it was what you'd expect from McDonald's), and the staff was friendly and smiling. BUT... what a disappointment it was when I opened my McDonald's bag once I got home and found my red "Mario Galaxy" coin missing, the one that would have allowed me to go to Disneyland in Orlando with my family (yes, I should have checked my order there, you'll say... but the Lyon-Rennes match was about to start, and we needed to secure European qualification, so I was in a hurry, which is understandable). What's more, and this is no small matter, my Chocolate Hazelnut McPops was replaced with a Hazelnut McPops.
Finally, my friend ended up with his Happy Meal WITHOUT the book 🥺 (sad for him, knowing he spends his evenings devouring countless books, being the big fan of reading that he is).
In short, pay attention, because these small oversights weigh heavily on the hearts of your customers.
