Quite nice McDonald's with welcoming staff. However, the toilets were very dirty. I don't blame the employees for this but the cleaning should be done more rigorously.

The fries lacked freshness. I took them for a child who only ate that and he barely ate any. From the looks and taste it wasn't great. Otherwise very nice atmosphere and pleasant setting

When you come to Mac Donald's you know that it is not for the quality of the food but rather for the speed and ease of the service. On the other hand, payment in cash and faced with a cashier who does not know how to count and give change. It's scary for the crate holes at the end of service. Otherwise as usual young staff and often indifferent to customers. Mac do no surprise.

Nothing to complain about, good experience in this Mc Do. Plenty of parking spaces around. Possibility of eating outside. Polite, pleasant and welcoming staff.

Food was good. There were also "other" dishes to order. More variety. Unfortunately, not a word was spoken about the border. French only. Despite the large number of tourists. If your order number is 1889, you really have to think for a moment whether you heard it correctly. Staff is impatient and looks a bit dirty.

09/09/2024: Collecting our order. Some menus were ordered without vegetables but in the end they were in the hamburgers.
03/09/2024: I placed an order at Mac Donald de la Courondelle in Beziers on September 3, 2024. They forgot all the sauces requested for the nuggets as well as my son's potatoes in his golden menu.

Columbus Café & Co Béziers L'hours

29/11/2024: J’y vais de temps en temps surtout pour déjeuner et j’adore. Les prix sont top, surtout en menu, le chocolat et le muffins sont tellement gros qu’il y a de quoi caler, service rapide et simple. Très contente à chaque fois
