Hello, overall a very good restaurant, but there's a very unpleasant smell at the entrance, and it's been like that for several years now. Also, for some time now, the Sunday ice cream hasn't been the same as usual; it seems waterlogged.

To begin with, I was with my wife and her daughter. The table was very dirty, and I asked a crew member if they could clean it. Apparently, they forgot, so I had to ask another crew member to clean the table. Then, at the self-service kiosk, I ordered a 280 raclette burger, but I ended up getting a regular 280. I don't know why... Finally, two fries were missing from our order, and I had to ask the manager at the counter to sort it out. A very mixed experience at this McDonald's.

We had a problem with an Uber Eats delivery driver who left with part of our order but didn't come back. So I went directly to the restaurant, and the manager was very helpful and offered a discount on the new order so we wouldn't incur any extra charges, taking into account the refund we were offered online. The McDonald's was clean and pleasant.

We went there today, order 4407. Six nuggets are missing. It's a bad start to the service. Since we live 7km away, I'm not going to turn back.
