Unfortunately, sometimes they forget small things. We ordered salads but the dressing was missing.

Fast service at the kiosks, but average quality; the "gourmet coffee" is a bit ridiculous.

Several visits to this McDonald's in Chaponnay, and unfortunately, the same problem every time. Order errors are frequent, the food often arrives cold, and the service is clearly disorganized. On top of that, the visual quality of the burgers is truly disappointing: they never look like what you'd expect, the assembly is sloppy, the presentation is careless… it's not very appealing. At this point, it's no longer just bad luck but a problem of consistency and management. It's a shame for a chain of this caliber, but the experience is consistently disappointing. I know there are human beings behind it, and everyone can make mistakes. It's a shame, but this is really too much. The manager seems genuinely dedicated and efficient, while his team appears less committed.

It had been a while since we'd been there because sometimes when we ordered, things were missing, or the food was rushed. But we went today and frankly, the meal was very good, served hot, which isn't always the case. The staff was friendly.
