McDonald's sur Dijon

I went to the wrong McDonald's for a click and collect order... I barely realized my mistake before calling to let them know I'd be arriving later to pick up my two ice creams. The manager put them in the freezer for me without me even asking! It's not much, but it's important to mention when the service is great! Thank you so much!

A very nice decor, reflecting the staff: efficient, smiling… a super clean restaurant that's a welcome change from the one in the city centre!

Written two years ago: There isn't a single time when something isn't missing from the order. I highly recommend checking every time you go through the drive-thru. Half the time, my daughter doesn't get either her apple juice or her dessert. The staff is friendly but not very professional in this instance. I prefer to take more time and go to a McDonald's further away. Written today, June 19th: Abdel, the manager, was responsive and professional in addressing my dissatisfaction. Once again, items were missing from my order. I received a refund, and he remained cheerful throughout.

The only inconvenient thing about using the restroom is that your employees should tell customers they need to keep their receipt to get the code. Because I didn't know, I threw away my receipt, and then I had to buy something else to get a new one and get the restroom code, since the staff at reception wouldn't give it to me.

A clean and fast McDonald's, ...with no order mistakes, which is much appreciated. Thank you and well done.

McDonald's restaurants are often criticized for their sometimes poor efficiency, but here it was quite the opposite. Fast service, smiling and professional staff. A big thank you in particular to the employee with the red ponytail for his warm welcome and kindness!

The decor is unique. The service was good and quick. The nuggets in the burgers weren't great, but everything else was good.
