The staff were very pleasant, the wait was reasonable, but the sandwich looked nothing like the photos or advertisements, and it was far too expensive for what was on the plate. A minor complaint about the cleanliness: when we arrived in the evening, it looked like there were leftovers from lunch on the floor...

It's difficult to rate a McDonald's, it's still a fast food restaurant. However, there are things to say, like the receipts not printing and the "manager" clearly annoyed at having to print them out, and I'll let the rest go, I think that's enough already...

One evening, half the self-service machines weren't working, the atmosphere was depressing, and no one bothered to find out why we were waiting... After 10 minutes without being able to place an order, we left... At lunchtime, the drive-through service sometimes works quite well.

Served quickly. The burger was okay, but the fries were a bit stale, I think.
However, make an effort with the cleanliness...and learn to smile.
I was a teammate when I was younger, it was different...
If some people don't want to be here, they should find another job.

2019 Review: ⭐️⭐️ The service is too slow and often incomplete, whether eating in or taking away. The wait can be long even when it's not busy. But hey, there's not really any competition nearby, so we keep coming back for the kids...
