Friendly staff, but the drive-thru wasn't signposted and was complicated. A shame, because the place is nice.

It had been a long time since I'd been to McDonald's Libourne. I just had a little craving for something sweet on my way home last night. A drive-thru, a sundae. Bad surprise when I got home: the portion size. Barely a few spoonfuls for €3.50 🤬. Better service elsewhere!!! I won't be stopping again anytime soon.

Uber Eats order, not the first, but there's always something missing. The worst was yesterday: missing potatoes, no sauces, a missing Happy Meal toy, and the Coke tasted like everything but Coke. I understand they're very busy during busy periods, but it would still be nice to check customers' orders before sending them out to avoid this kind of thing!

I just wanted to mention that I was a little disappointed with the price of the ice cream when I went through the drive-thru and got home to enjoy a nice ice cream, because the containers were only half full.

For the price of a Caesar salad, I would have liked it to be filled, but there's nothing in it.

I ordered fries, but they weren't salty at all, and the drink had a really strange, very disgusting taste. I'm not satisfied with this McDonald's order.

09/09/2026: A lovely discovery in Libourne, in an unusual location. The menu was very nice, and the fire was beautiful.
08/09/2026: The ribeye steak 🥩 wasn't thick enough and also lacked a bit of originality, like a marrow bone as an accompaniment.
