I popped into McDonald's in Libourne today and was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Quentin.
He was very friendly, approachable, and always smiling.
It's a welcome change from the McDonald's in Montussan.

I went to the McDonald's in Libourne today and was a little disappointed.
The toilets were very dirty, there was urine on the floor, and the toilet bowl was dirty.
Three things were missing from our order (a Croque McDo, apples in the Happy Meal, and napkins).
And the service was very slow.
We arrived during peak hours, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. I know they don't necessarily have the time to manage everything at once and that they probably have summer contracts.
The staff were friendly.
This review is simply intended to offer some suggestions for improvements.

Very good… but finding onions stuck all over the steaks when it's specified as onion-free… Result: inedible.
And it's a recurring, even systematic, problem… What a shame! McDonald's worst idea ever for those who are allergic or don't like onions!

Perhaps it's time to do something about all the bees and wasps on the patio.
I got stung yesterday at 11 a.m. Being allergic, you can imagine how bad that felt. Imagine if they stung children; the consequences could be much more serious.
And yet, I usually leave these kinds of insects alone because the more threatened they feel, the greater the risk of being stung. But this one hid in my dress and stung me when I got up to take out the trash. There are traps for these insects; this is unacceptable.
For a meal I ate in just 20 minutes, I had at least five or six wasps buzzing around me. It's unbearable.
