The staff were great, pleasant, and kind, and McDonald's was just the way we like it, plus the toilets were clean.

I went this evening, September 10, 2026. And frankly, I wasn't disappointed. The team tonight was absolutely fantastic. And Quentin? He was so friendly and available whenever needed. It was truly wonderful to be served by him. Very happy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to eat McDonald's, and I left feeling like I'd seen a show. Honestly, huge kudos to the team! 😂 Top-notch service, smiling staff, lots of laughs in the kitchen, and a great work atmosphere… And a special mention to the manager: he manages his team so well he's like a Champions League coach. There's a great atmosphere, lots of banter, lots of laughs, but they're working hard behind the scenes. You can really feel the positive dynamic between them, and naturally, that's reflected in the customer experience. We were so well received that I almost wanted to ask if I could have a McFlurry and a team meeting with them. 😂 And regarding the McDonald's at Leclerc… sorry guys, but you're going to have to rethink your strategy. This is clearly the second leg, and you're getting thrashed 5-0. 🍟⚽️ In short: great atmosphere + warm welcome + top-notch team = the ultimate victory. 🏆 Don't change a thing, especially the manager: keep him, he's clearly found the secret to keeping a team happy. 😂👏

I popped into McDonald's in Libourne today and was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Quentin. He was very friendly, approachable, and always smiling. It's a welcome change from the McDonald's in Montussan. Thank you so much! 🙂

The more time passes, the less choice is available to us on the menu with our points; under the pretext that taxes have increased, you can no longer buy sugary drinks with points. Is it necessary to pass this problem on to the customer?

Table and chair cleanliness management. 4 stars pending! Good team nonetheless, despite the constant turnover.
