Update to my review. Due to numerous omissions in an order, particularly important ones like the Happy Meal books for the children, I initially left a very negative review in anger. I then took the time to contact the company, which was very responsive, very professional, and, most importantly, offered a solution perfectly suited to the problem. The issue was resolved very quickly, my children are delighted, and so am I. Congratulations to the manager for handling this problem so well.

Fast service despite the crowds. It's a shame there aren't designated spaces for click and collect; given how busy it is, you really need two people so the other can stay in the car.
