McDonald's was impeccable; the manager handles his team very well, friendly and professional.
The team is also impeccable—a special shout-out to Jennifer, the team leader, who is also very professional! The service was quick and as expected!

Order placed via the McDonald's app with a bug during checkout (the order displayed before payment didn't match the final receipt).
Unfortunately, the app's support team couldn't do anything, but a huge plus for the restaurant:
the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely, attentive, and very professional.
She immediately understood the problem, added us to the complaints log, and offered a goodwill gesture, which really made a difference.
Thank you for your intelligence, kindness, and excellent customer service. 👏

I am extremely disappointed with the chicken salad: two pieces of salad, a large amount of green salad, and very little parmesan.
The price does not reflect the quality or quantity.
It's a disgrace.
