The food and service meet McDonald’s standards. There are enough places with good natural light, drive-thru service, children's play area and outdoor seating. It's a very good McDonald's, but it is often very busy on Sundays.
It's rare that I leave a review, but I wanted to do so this time. I went through the drive-thru with a friend, and we were greeted by a young man named Nathan. He was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. A big thanks to him !
I arrived at 12:03 a.m. and collected my order at 12:35 a.m.
So, five euros are missing from the change given. I paid for an order of €15 with a €50 note. I was only given €30 back. Sure, there were a lot of customers, but that shouldn't degrade your customer service.
Subsequently, a receipt was requested from your staff, this was not sent to me.
Also the sauces requested were not included in the order.
(Following this, I contacted McDonald's to recover the missing five euros, the staff were very understanding and fast. The missing amount was given to me. I would like to thank you)
