McDonald's sur Cannes

The food is normal and hot. The coffee isn't tasty.

I came to eat with a friend during the lunch rush and noticed I'd been served the wrong burger. Since my friend had ordered the exact same meal, the mistake was obvious. So I went back to the counter. Benjamin, who was very kind and professional, called his manager to confirm the error. The manager replied in a very unpleasant tone: "No, it's our latest creation, don't force it, Benjamin, don't force it." I got the feeling they were just trying to avoid admitting the mistake and remaking my order. Nevertheless, I mustered up the courage to go back to Benjamin. He was lovely, brought me the correct burger with a smile, and demonstrated great professionalism. Beyond the mistake itself, it was the lack of respect shown to a colleague that shocked me most. One of the most beautiful terraces in France. Table service. Very friendly staff. Order served quickly and without error.
