After visiting Paris, we had lunch there.
After ordering a drink without ice, we received one with ice. There was little to no greeting or goodbye.
So, the friendliness needs improvement, and the dining room wasn't very clean either.

Yes, it was very crowded.
And not a huge number of tables, but after a bit of a wait, we were able to order, and the staff were helpful and attentive considering how busy it was.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very smiley, charming, kind, and attentive young man who took care of my payment. He was new and was having some trouble with the till, which can happen. Despite this, the situation was handled calmly with the help of his colleagues.
However, I was quite surprised when the manager first berated another employee, the one who was accompanying the new employee, in front of all the customers! Then, he went to the new employee to make nasty remarks, again in public. Correcting or training an employee is normal, but doing so in private would be more appropriate.
Furthermore, he politely left to serve fries without ever having touched his hands with soap. Thanks a lot.
It's a shame, because some employees are pleasant and professional, but the management and adherence to hygiene standards clearly need improvement.
