McDonald's sur Sarreguemines

The restaurant was quite clean, and the service was quick. The welcome was warm. The restrooms were clean. Baby changing facilities were available. A high chair was also available.

Absolutely fantastic! Welcoming staff, efficient service, perfect order, and piping hot food. One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Well done to the whole team!

Very fast service, welcoming staff.

The fries were lukewarm, but thanks to Bruno who reacted immediately, we were able to eat them hot. Bruno's service is always so pleasant. He's very smiley and friendly. It's his friendliness that deserves this 5-star rating, because the same can't be said for the other employees.

This is my first time leaving a review for McDonald's. We were greeted with a huge "HELLO" and a big smile by an employee named Bruno—a first for this fast-food restaurant! Furthermore, seeing that we were with a baby, he immediately invited us to sit at a table and order from there instead of waiting at the kiosks—a lovely touch. When my partner noticed the table was a little dirty, she started to wipe it with a tissue, and Bruno quickly came over to clean it, apologizing for his actions. We were speechless at the quality of service he provided! He then came back to check if everything was alright, still with that big smile and extreme politeness and kindness. This is the first time we've experienced such high-quality service in a fast-food restaurant; he's a gem—keep him in mind! :)
