This is the first time I've left a Google review, and I'm doing it solely to thank Valentin.
After several issues, he was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, patient, and above all, very professional. Frankly, he handled the situation perfectly, and that deserves to be highlighted.

Great experience at this McDonald's! The service was extremely fast, the order was complete, and the fries were piping hot and crispy. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I recommend it!

It's still a McDonald's, so obviously the bill isn't that bad. But when all the trays in the dining area are empty of sauce, I find that suspicious. I think one of the staff members is a sauce specialist. You have to ask for sauces, wait a little while, and then they only give you one, barely lifting it with their fingertips, as if it hurts them to give it to you. For comparison, in Vendenheim, we left with a whole bag of sauces.
Anyway, I hope that next time, I can give this McDonald's a good dressing down (pun intended) in my next review.

The state of the restrooms is appalling, urine on the floor, no soap... A shame, because the service and the meal were otherwise excellent.
