We waited at least 30 minutes for two wraps, a Coke, and a donut. I think that's excessive for a "fast food" place, especially since it wasn't very busy. Perhaps they could improve the speed; it's borderline. And hairnets would be a nice touch.

Who took the order? We were in the bag with the drinks, which was sealed, so it spilled on the way home. There were hardly any drinks left, and the books had been completely emptied.
Five years later, nothing has changed. Bravo!

We regularly go to McDonald's, and there are always mistakes with our takeout orders. Tonight, we ordered Chinese sauce and received barbecue sauce. Since this is a common mistake, I checked the order before leaving, and it had been corrected.
When we got back, I noticed the second mistake: we received a regular CBO instead of the CBO Raclette (which is more expensive). We didn't bother driving back since we live only 20 minutes away. It's becoming tiresome having to constantly check that nothing is missing, and soon we'll have to taste every single item to be sure of our order before leaving! 🙄

We came on March 11th in the afternoon (4 pm). There were very few people there, yet we still had a wait of about 30 minutes. We had been there before and were satisfied, but yesterday's experience left a bad taste in our mouths. As soon as the tray was placed on the table, the hamburger was cold. When we pointed this out, the response was simply to heat it in the microwave, as the others would be the same. The "gourmet" hot chocolate only had hot milk and whipped cream in the cup, with a single packet of powder on the side. Considering we had come three weeks prior, everything was perfect: hot hamburger, hot chocolate in the milk, and decorations on the whipped cream. This just goes to show how different the service can be from one team to another, and this can cause us to lose potential customers.

Please offer some compensation upon our return to McDonald's.

We come here quite regularly. And we often have problems with my son's order. He's quite picky and only eats the McChicken without sauce or salad. Just bread and chicken.
One evening we decided to order in the restaurant and get takeout. (1 McChicken meal, 1 Big Tasty meal, 1 Happy Meal, and 1 Royal Deluxe meal). I picked up my order the first time and received a beef McChicken without salad or sauce, just bread and meat instead of the McChicken.
I went back and explained the mistake. They took the beef one to throw it away and remade the sandwich. Once the sandwich was made, I double-checked and to my surprise, it was the Filet-O-Fish McChicken without salad or sauce, just bread and fish. I went back a second time and told them the same thing as before. The person at the counter gave me a rather nasty look, almost condescendingly, snatched the sandwich from my hands to throw it in the bin, and the waiter who was making it was annoyed because they had to remake it.
On the third try, I finally got the right order.
I asked to see a manager to request some kind of compensation, as the rest of my initial order was cold because they had remade the meal three times. The manager flatly refused, saying that mistakes can happen. Which I can understand, but it was the third time... so I got nothing in return.
Luckily, it was a midweek evening and the tourist season hadn't started yet.
