McDonald's sur Berck

It's still a fast-food place... maybe one day the hamburgers will be hot and the cheese will be melted....

Kudos to this McDonald's for their excellent service. Hot order, quick service, attentive and very versatile employee. I highly recommend them.

Many things were forgotten and the fries were cold, but I'm giving a good rating because the young blonde girl with glasses took care of me immediately and fixed the situation 🙏

We waited at least 30 minutes for two wraps, a Coke, and a donut. I think that's excessive for a "fast food" place, especially since it wasn't very busy. Perhaps they could improve the speed; it's borderline. And hairnets would be a nice touch.

No hello, thank you, goodbye... Books forgotten in the Happy Meal. Who took the order? We were in the bag with the drinks, which was sealed, so it spilled on the way home. There were hardly any drinks left, and the books had been completely emptied. Five years later, nothing has changed. Bravo!

We regularly go to McDonald's, and there are always mistakes with our takeout orders. Tonight, we ordered Chinese sauce and received barbecue sauce. Since this is a common mistake, I checked the order before leaving, and it had been corrected. When we got back, I noticed the second mistake: we received a regular CBO instead of the CBO Raclette (which is more expensive). We didn't bother driving back since we live only 20 minutes away. It's becoming tiresome having to constantly check that nothing is missing, and soon we'll have to taste every single item to be sure of our order before leaving! 🙄

We came on March 11th in the afternoon (4 pm). There were very few people there, yet we still had a wait of about 30 minutes. We had been there before and were satisfied, but yesterday's experience left a bad taste in our mouths. As soon as the tray was placed on the table, the hamburger was cold. When we pointed this out, the response was simply to heat it in the microwave, as the others would be the same. The "gourmet" hot chocolate only had hot milk and whipped cream in the cup, with a single packet of powder on the side. Considering we had come three weeks prior, everything was perfect: hot hamburger, hot chocolate in the milk, and decorations on the whipped cream. This just goes to show how different the service can be from one team to another, and this can cause us to lose potential customers.

Decent and true to the brand. I always regret eating lukewarm or even cold food, but apparently that seems to be the norm.

McDonald's Berck is just top-notch, very clean!
