We stopped at the McDonald's in Rue at 9 pm. The parking lot was nice and busy even at that hour. But that's normal; it's a restaurant that's especially popular in small villages. Our order was served very quickly. The table was cleaned before we were served and was nice and hot. Well done to the team! They should keep doing what they're doing and not read the reviews from people complaining about waiting, especially since it's the middle of July and August, and yes, it's normal for there to be a rush at all the McDonald's near seaside resorts. Congratulations on this new location; it was much needed.

In addition to the wait, once again there was no sauce, forcing me to rejoin the entire queue, and they couldn't even be bothered to add one more sauce.

I wanted to send a quick message of congratulations to the entire team at this restaurant. I visited your establishment twice with my family during my vacation, on Thursday, August 20th around 1 p.m. and on Saturday, August 22nd around 12:30 p.m. Even when it was busy, the table service was quick, the meals arrived hot, the fries were good and not cardboard-like, the portions were generous (fries, burger, mini sundae), even on the least expensive menu items (McDeal), and the waitstaff was efficient, attentive, and pleasant. Honestly, well done! Parisian restaurants (I'm from Paris) should really take a leaf out of your book when it comes to organization and customer service. Sincerely,

Ask at the till if the Spider-Man toys were included with the Maxi Best Of meal deal, so we ordered those, only to find out they didn't have the toys and were told they were out of stock. The fries were half-cold when they arrived.

I had a **wonderful** time at the McDonald's in Berck. A huge thank you to Sylvie and Chloé for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service truly impeccable, quick, and attentive. It's a pleasure to be received with such a smile and care. I will definitely be back!
