I went through the drive-thru today and was served by a young woman named Lilou! A very pleasant young woman who put a smile on my face, full of good humor and wit. I highly recommend her; I loved it! There should be more staff like her!

My order: Apple Pie, Indulgent Iced Latte. Very pleasant interaction with the young lady who served me. After a hectic Sunday, it felt good to have someone who has a sense of service and, above all, a smile.
