Fairly regular customers at Mc Do Isle Jourdain, this evening undrinkable drink, cup lids with persistent smell of cardboard. We had to throw them away because even the drinks tasted like cardboard/plastic.

The team is fast, helpful and the service too, however the cleanliness of the restaurant is not always there, all the tables are dirty, filled with food waste from other customers who have come to eat there, the floor is sticky and is filled with drink stains or other, the armchairs too, it would be good in a brand as well known as this one, to be more vigilant on this kind of detail, hoping for an improvement if it goes back to management….

Rarely been served so well in a McDonald's! In the middle of the afternoon, hot and fresh products. An employee also very smiling during the SaT, the lobby was clean as well as the toilets. 08/23 at 4 p.m., thank you for congratulating your team, I know the difficulty between rushes.

I always enjoy my visits to this McDonald's. The service is fast and the team is always smiling and helpful. The dishes are consistent and the quality is there for a fast food restaurant. The place is clean and well maintained, which is nice. It's a good option for a quick meal, especially when you're in a hurry. I recommend without hesitation for a stress-free lunch break.

When the lady at the drive-thru of an advanced age (fifties) is present we are sure that we have pissed her off. she breaks for long minutes, refuses to answer questions and yells at you. The worst part is that colleagues are subjected to it according to what they tell them.
“I am temporarily increasing my rating following the positive comment the restaurant made to me, I will come back to the drive-thru to try it.”
