Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. However, refusing a 100 euro bill is completely unacceptable for an establishment like this. Luckily we had another way to pay, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to eat... Shameful

Yesterday, Thursday, March 19, 2026, my brother went to McDonald's to place an order. When he went to pay with his Ticket Restaurant card, he realized he was actually using his twin sister's, which prevented the payment from going through. A little embarrassed, he simply said, "Sorry, my card isn't working, I'll be back soon."
The cashier then showed remarkable kindness, performing a gesture that was as beautiful as it was sincere. We wanted to thank her from the bottom of our hearts for this thoughtful act, which deeply touched our entire family.
She will know who she is. What goes around comes around, and she can be proud of having acted with such humanity.

Edit 20/03: Following their response, I mentioned the issue during my visit today. Excellent customer service. They offered me compensation. Thank you again for the gesture.
The daily fries portion in the "Maxi Best Of" package! Appalling! Soon they'll only put three fries in it.

As usual, something was missing, even though I went during a quiet time. For my last order, it was the Happy Meal toy. You can imagine my child's disappointment. Price-wise, I've noticed a slight decrease, which is good, but still not enough. I was able to compare prices between a McDonald's in Montpellier and one on the highway in December 2025. The result: they are much cheaper than the McDonald's in Niort or the surrounding area. Back then, there was a €4 difference, and now it's down to €2 for a Maxi Best Of Big Arch or Big Tasty 2-meat meal. These days, eating at McDonald's has become a luxury in terms of price, while the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

It's very good, except that a roof overhang or sunshade is needed above the order terminals. It takes a while to place an order there, and when it rains, it's very unpleasant to get wet, both inside and out. Thank you for your understanding and any solution you can offer.
