Quick Niort, France sur Niort

Great restaurant, the welcome was perfect, as were the service and speed. I highly recommend it; I returned the next day and had a fantastic, perfect sandwich.

Disappointed. I ordered Simpson meals, but at no point was it mentioned that they were out of glasses nationwide. It wasn't written anywhere that the glasses were a victim of their own success. When I asked why I didn't get a glass, I was curtly told they were out of stock but that I had to pay an extra €2 to get one. I said the same thing, it wasn't indicated anywhere... Honestly, they're treating the customer like an idiot.

The wait was horrendous!!! I think it's the only fast food place with such a long wait. The employees did everything they could to be as quick as possible, but there were so few of them, so it makes sense... What a shame... It doesn't make you want to come back and wait an hour like that with children... We were going to eat in, but frankly, the constant beeping made us change our minds and we ended up getting takeout. On the other hand, the staff were very good!

The food served at Quick is real food. Real salad, real bread, really good. The fries weren't too greasy. Definitely better than other fast food places. I highly recommend it.

Friendly but very slow service. No fries, only potato wedges! A real shame. The toilets were filthy; it was impossible to change my baby in these deplorable hygienic conditions (due to the passage of dirty people), but a quick check now and then would be appreciated. I wish you all the best.

I would like to share my perspective on our experience at Quick Niort. First of all, I think it would be important to pay a little more attention to hygiene and the condition of the restrooms. During our visit, the toilet seat had fallen to the floor and there was no toilet paper. I fully understand that this may not be directly the responsibility of the establishment, as customers must also respect the facilities. Nevertheless, it might be helpful to display a message or launch an information campaign reminding customers of the importance of taking care of and respecting the restrooms. I also understand that it's the holiday season and that there may be more customers than usual. In this context, I would like to commend the staff, who did their best to welcome us and provide good service. Well done to them! 👏 Regarding the kitchen, I would also like to commend them. However, I would like to comment on the hamburger: the meat was very thin and didn't really match the image shown in the photo. It's a shame, because the picture makes it look much more appetizing and creates expectations that aren't entirely met. I hope these comments will help improve certain details. My intention is simply to share my experience, as it's always nice to receive better service when visiting a restaurant. Best of luck and thank you to the whole team for their efforts! 😊

Limited space, but otherwise very good.

Too bad! Quick is by far my favorite fast food chain. Best burgers, and generally few mistakes at the drive-thru. Top-notch! However, in Niort, since reopening, it's become common for the drive-thru to be closed after 8:30 pm, even though the website says it closes at 11 pm. It would be nice if, for those who drive 30 minutes to eat at your place, you paid attention to the advertised hours. Too bad, we go to the competition every time.
