McDonald's sur Saint-Herblain

Great experience at this McDonald's! Thanks to Titouan for his warm welcome and professionalism. I had a great time and a delicious meal. I highly recommend it! 🍔🍟

Okay, I'm posting my opinion on this restaurant, but actually it's addressed to McDonald's (France?) in general... Clearly, you made our childhood dreams come true: toys, play areas, incredible burgers... we even celebrated some of our birthdays there! We were all fans of your Happy Meals, and later, of your new items, which we discovered and enjoyed one after another over the years. McNuggets, McChicken... Deluxe... 280... Big Tasty, etc... In short, it was good AND cheap... Then, from a childhood treat we craved, you became our student lunches, or at the very least, our post-night meal after a few drinks. But in any case... always perfect. Except that for the past few years you've decided to put profit above everything else and really take us for fools. You drastically reduce your portions as if we were playing Polly Pocket… (see photo of my double cheeseburger…) and remove all the good, permanent burger options, leaving us only with your crap like the McDonald's Gourmet, etc., which we don't care about… but they're probably burgers with huge profit margins. To top it all off, you're now competing with Burger King, Carl's Junior, etc., and instead of innovating and pampering us, you're just destroying your historical advantages over them with your prices and by limiting your offerings. In short, it's a shame… and don't be surprised if your numbers drop in the future and we stop eating at your place simply because you're well-located on the road/in the city center, at the train station/airport… everything else is gone. What a shame!

Ladies and gentlemen, I am more than satisfied with the service I received. Context: It's past 11 PM, we're starving, so we place our order. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a wide variety of sauces (far more than we expected), generously topped burgers, all served with incredible speed. I highly recommend coming between 11 PM and midnight. Sincerely,

Compared to the one in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, this is the best! Fast service, friendly, but the potatoes were mashed! No croque monsieur at midnight, which is a shame!

The joys of McDonald's and its impeccable hygiene, as usual. Photo attached. Served by a young man who throws the tray onto the table without even bothering to look at you or say good evening.

The person who took our payment was very cheerful (funny) and pleasant.

A squeaky front door and not-very-clean toilets are a shame, otherwise everything else is fine. The parking lot isn't very big, though.

A big thank you to Tino! Very helpful with a big smile, very efficient, even in a rush. It's not given to everyone to manage so many people with such good humor 👏

Leaving young people like that? That's not done at all. Honestly, you shouldn't have left them alone.
