Excellent McDonald's in central Alsace, fast and clean service, beautifully presented sandwiches, helpful, attentive, and responsive staff, the restaurant is well-maintained. Best of luck to the team!

We arrived at McDonald's at 3:30 PM and ordered two meals and a Happy Meal. We were served quickly and with a smile. However, while eating, I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and ate my wife's. A woman asked if there was a problem with the sandwich, and we explained our mistake. She immediately offered to make us a new one. A very good experience overall, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. Best McDonald's in the Bas-Rhin region, and I've been to many.

True to form.. Always check your bags after going to the drive-thru.. 3 items were missing from my order today! And a little something new, the breads are left outside so they can defrost peacefully next to the vehicle exhaust fumes!! I took a photo as proof just in case!

20/07/2026: First visit to the Subway in Sélestat. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere pleasant, and the sandwiches are served quickly with tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the manager who served us marred the experience: a cold attitude, remarks to his staff made in front of other customers, and obvious impatience… This is hardly customer-friendly behavior, especially for someone who works in the industry themselves. Fortunately, the employees more than make up for it with their friendliness. I will still return, as the value for money remains good.
06/06/2026: Great welcome and helpful advice from Jordan (the tattooed guy). It was my first time at Subway. Very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.
