Hello, I am writing to you about a negative experience I had today at your McDonald's. Regarding the food, I have no complaints. However, I was very disappointed with the service. A young man spilled all my drinks on me while I was wearing white and had an appointment immediately afterward. What particularly disappointed me was that he didn't even offer to bring me napkins so I could clean myself up and wipe the table. He also didn't offer to replace the drinks he had spilled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated more consideration and attention to the situation after this incident. Therefore, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this experience.
