Subway sur Selestat

First visit to the Subway in Sélestat. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere pleasant, and the sandwiches are served quickly with tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the manager who served us marred the experience: a cold attitude, remarks to his staff made in front of other customers, and obvious impatience… This is hardly customer-friendly behavior, especially for someone who works in the industry themselves. Fortunately, the employees more than make up for it with their friendliness. I will still return, as the value for money remains good.

Great welcome and helpful advice from Jordan (the tattooed guy). It was my first time at Subway. Very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

The meal was standard, but the service was very pleasant. A young lady served me with a smile, and it was lovely chatting with her.

I'm a regular at this Subway and I have my little routines. It's always a pleasure to come and eat here or even just to grab something to go. The employees are truly fantastic: always welcoming, polite, and respectful. They take the time to chat, show an interest in the customers, and often offer little extra touches, especially to regulars. You can tell there's a real desire to build relationships and foster customer loyalty, which is becoming quite rare these days. Every time I go, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is excellent. For me, it's definitely a place I'm happy to return to, thanks in particular to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
