McDonald's sur Tarbes

Friendly team overall (always a couple of black sheep in a normal, large team 😅). Fast service, there can be a bit of a wait when it's busy, but that's normal, unlike the two Burger Kings in Tarbes where you wait ages even when there's no one there!!! Special shout-out to them 😅. The dining area is clean, unlike the two Burger Kings in Tarbes which are in a terrible state, especially the one on the Pau road 🤣. So there you have it, 5 stars, it deserves them, or maybe 4 for the black sheep, but I'm giving it 5 anyway.

A huge thank you to the cleaning gentleman who is welcoming, smiling, and goes above and beyond to keep the place clean. It's been a very long time since we've seen such a clean McDonald's!

Excellent service and attention. Thank you.

We often talk about what's wrong, but rarely about what's right! I come to this McDonald's every Tuesday after my daughter's physical therapy session, and I'm always struck by the staff's kindness! When there aren't any inflatable balloons, you can ask for one, and if you haven't finished your drink, you can ask for a to-go drink! The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and attentive, as I pointed out to them today 👍 Plus, the children's play area is a real bonus! My daughter is small, and despite being three years old, three-quarters of the McDonald's play areas aren't suitable for her, whereas this one is much lower than many other McDonald's play areas! Not to mention that throughout your meal, you can see staff regularly cleaning the tables between customers! In fact, I've never had a single complaint about the cleanliness of this McDonald's, or even its restrooms! Thank you to your team, and I truly hope it continues 🙏

The food was as expected. Service was quick and friendly.

It's a McDonald's like you find everywhere. This one was fairly clean and not too crowded.

I was welcomed by Yuan, whose friendliness and very pleasant and professional attitude allowed me to have a wonderful end to my evening. Thank you again to him.

Served by Yuan, who is very dynamic and adapts to the customer with personalized service 👍🏻

Excellent reception and service. Clean.

A Polynesian artist was booked for a concert at the nearby Polynesian Weekend. I decided to order from the drive-thru this evening for a meal. Yoan gave me a very warm welcome when I placed my order. An oversight in my order was pointed out, and the staff took care of it to resolve the inconvenience. It was a pleasure to be treated so well at this McDonald's during my artistic trip.
