A Big Mac on a staircase, nowhere near as advertised on TV; you order a Coke plus tax and leave with an Oasis... no napkin. Okay, I didn't check my drive-thru order, but this is getting serious.

We arrived around 8:30 pm this Saturday with a handball team and a few parents, 32 people in total, who suddenly descended on McDonald's. And there we found a fantastic team who were incredibly efficient from start to finish. While the 15 players were placing their orders at the kiosk, the manager was already sending them to the kitchen. And everything ran smoothly without any waiting. The same was true for us parents, and we were even offered free coffee to all the parents who were there to support us. All this with a smile. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, you're the best! 😉

We arrived as a group of 30. The team was very efficient. We were served quickly and all the food was piping hot. Professional service.

Free and open pee facilities are rare.

Hello, Today, my girlfriend and I ordered takeout from McDonald's. We ordered two potato wedges with cheddar and bacon, but when we got home, we noticed that neither of them contained bacon, only cheddar. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, and we're increasingly disappointed with the quality of service. It's really a shame that this kind of mistake keeps happening.

I want to warmly thank the entire team for the exceptional welcome we received. The manager truly went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience for my son, whom I don't see often, and that touched me deeply. He gave him gifts, and a member of the team even came to sing "Happy Birthday" with the cake I had bought, adding a candle—a simple gesture, but one that meant so much to both of us. I am truly delighted with this experience, both for the kindness and the attention given to the customers. My son was thrilled, and so was I.
