Passing through Carcassonne, we stopped at this McDonald's with some apprehension given some of the reviews. We were served in barely 5 minutes, our order was complete, the sandwiches were perfect with plenty of sauce, the staff was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. I have nothing to complain about; the McDonald's where I live are much worse than this. I recommend it.

We came to pick up our click and collect order around 10pm. The employee who brought us the order practically threw it in our faces, showed no politeness, and spoke to us curtly.

Late night food because we were travelling late. Compared to North American McDonalds, the food was of a higher standard and the meat was of better quality. Far too much sauce however. Portion size of a large fries was less than a small in Canada. Staff were pleasant.

As a regular customer of this fast food restaurant, I'm increasingly disappointed with this place... Orders used to be perfectly executed, but lately there's always something missing, and today we were completely forgotten at the drive-thru after paying, waiting for our order. The employee came after almost 10 minutes: "Sorry sir, we forgot about you." I don't know what's been going on lately, but I think the management needs to be reviewed because this fast food restaurant is going downhill. Quite disappointed these last two months...

01/09/2026: I like McDonald's less and less, but in France it's even worse. The portions of fries are pathetic (I'm talking about 4, and they cost €4.95). They've seen me coming!
