Passing through Carcassonne, we stopped at this McDonald's with some apprehension given some of the reviews. We were served in barely 5 minutes, our order was complete, the sandwiches were perfect with plenty of sauce, the staff was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. I have nothing to complain about; the McDonald's where I live are much worse than this. I recommend it.

We came to pick up our click and collect order around 10pm. The employee who brought us the order practically threw it in our faces, showed no politeness, and spoke to us curtly.

Late night food because we were travelling late. Compared to North American McDonalds, the food was of a higher standard and the meat was of better quality. Far too much sauce however. Portion size of a large fries was less than a small in Canada. Staff were pleasant.

As a regular customer of this fast food restaurant, I'm increasingly disappointed with this place... Orders used to be perfectly executed, but lately there's always something missing, and today we were completely forgotten at the drive-thru after paying, waiting for our order. The employee came after almost 10 minutes: "Sorry sir, we forgot about you." I don't know what's been going on lately, but I think the management needs to be reviewed because this fast food restaurant is going downhill. Quite disappointed these last two months...

17/09/2026: I ordered the Crispy Chicken burger with fries. The fries are dark in color, but don't worry, they're very good. The burger was good too.
17/09/2026: Excellent service. Everything was fine. The potatoes had a sweet taste and were good. We ordered the Auvergnat burger. Very good.

20/09/2026: For my order today, I did love very much the burger and the potatoes. The staffs are so kind and friendly, very welcoming.
14/09/2026: I was here with my father, and we noticed a child at the next table had forgotten his hat. We approached the manager and politely asked him in English if he spoke Spanish. Without looking at us, he arrogantly asked us in English if we spoke French. We then explained in English that a child had forgotten his hat, and the manager picked it up and changed his attitude. He took the hat and put it away in case someone came looking for it. Next time, please treat your customers with more respect.
