McDonald's sur Carcassonne

I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's. This is the second time I've been there; there's a terrible smell of sweat throughout the restaurant. So I chose the drive-thru, but I couldn't place my order the way I wanted. They kept changing my choices at the kiosk, and it was impossible to make myself understood!

I've been eating there regularly for over a year now (at least once or twice a week) during my lunch break, and I'm never disappointed. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, and the service is quick, even during busy times (the wait is a little longer, which is normal, so nothing serious). The burgers are well-made (compared to other McDonald's) and served hot. I've had a minor issue or a small hiccup once or twice, but I don't hold it against them because it can happen from time to time. The staff are pleasant and polite. I'd like to thank Véro for her kindness and good humor; it's a pleasure to deal with someone like her who shares her good cheer with respect and politeness! This McDonald's has made me enjoy eating there again because it's very rare to find one that runs smoothly with such pleasant staff, where everything is in order, and where we're served quickly!

Friendly service. I went to return a milkshake I ordered to try but didn't like, and a wonderful team member named Laetitia kindly agreed to make me a Happy Meal ice cream as compensation.
