McDonald's sur Maxeville

A very nice, helpful, and friendly team. The quality of the meals is decent.

The drive-through staff were very friendly and smiling. The meals were always piping hot when they arrived home.

McDonald's Maxéville is always top-notch, a great team

Hello, Explain something to me, because I'm really having trouble understanding this. I just ordered a McDonald's Croc, and the wrapper is stuck to the bread. Stuck, melted, impossible to remove without tearing off half the sandwich. Is this a joke, or do you really serve this to customers thinking it's normal? What exactly am I paying for? To eat paper? To struggle to peel off the wrapper? To throw away a sandwich that should have been ready to eat? Because that's closer to being taken for a ride than real service. When I come to McDonald's, I don't expect haute cuisine, but at the very least, a edible product. This one isn't done and can't be done. Do you realize I literally bit into the paper? And that I had to scrape my sandwich to get a halfway edible piece? I'm attaching photos so you don't think I'm exaggerating. I want a clear answer, not a copy-and-pasted formula. And compensation, because I clearly paid for nothing. It's up to you to decide whether you take your customers for fools or not. A furious customer.

I really like this restaurant, very clean and well located
