Overall, McDonald's is good; the staff are pretty friendly, but the service is always inconsistent. One day you get a cookie with your coffee, but not the next. You order a Viennese hot chocolate, and almost every time you have to ask for a spoon.

The restaurant was perfect! Friendly staff. But with the drive-thru, something's always missing. Tonight, out of four meals, one drink was missing. Surely that should be obvious! Four meals, four drinks? No way!
