28-minute wait... no apologies, it's appalling. I'm really disappointed with this McDonald's. Only the young woman (Wednesday at 10 pm) who was serving was lovely and professional.

We picked up our order at the drive-thru at 1 p.m. and it was extremely fast, no wait, the staff were very pleasant, and the food was good, nothing to complain about.

Convenient because it's strategically located near the multi-story highway, near other shops with parking, and the option of eating inside or outside. My friends and I, however, didn't like the use of reusable plastic cups and containers for chips. Accustomed to paper in Italy, even used for sandwich boxes, which were missing here, I wouldn't change this service at all.

Quick service and hot meal. The gentleman at the counter (smiling and pleasant) took the time to find a Spiderman figurine for my son who already had the one given, and was concerned about our customer feedback on the service.

07/09/2026: Great atmosphere, fantastic staff. Regarding the food, it needs improvement; the desserts were so-so and the main courses were nothing special.
06/09/2026: A huge thank you for the wonderful welcome! We arrived very late because of our theatre outing, and the whole team was lovely! Dinner was delicious, and I loved the wine! The atmosphere was excellent, and I will gladly return! Thank you to the entire team!

11/07/2026: Unable to find a moon, and bibs, for my Kraftskiva anywhere in London - I had to look elsewhere! Nordic Temptations saved the day; I ordered and all was delivered in a swift fashion, with easy communication along the way. Hopefully, I’ll get to visit the shop someday. Thank you!
