McDonald's sur Nanterre

Hello, sorry, I don't know the name of this young lady. She has a very beautiful complexion and excellent service; she is attentive and helpful.

Nice and good value for money. It's a shame the kitchen staff don't wear gloves when making sandwiches, as I don't find that hygienic at all :((

The opening hours are incorrect! The posted opening time is 9:30 AM, but it's actually 11:30 AM. At 11:00 AM, the chain accessing the parking lot is still in place.

I'm simply leaving a review to support the staff, who sometimes have to deal with extremely disrespectful customers, lacking even the most basic courtesy. Personally, I found the team pleasant and professional. I came during a busy period, so unfortunately I had to wait a while before receiving my order, but that's perfectly understandable given the rush.

Good service today. We all appreciated the table service. But it's still a McDonald's meal. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Drive-thru for those in a hurry. Small children's play area. Expensive. Even in the Paris suburbs, you can find cheaper options. But it's good on the road between Le Havre and Paris.

An average McDonald's, clean interior but some seats aren't fixed, excellent food, good table service, but the restrooms and tray storage aren't great, otherwise everything else is great

I went to this McDonald's at the beginning of April with some friends. We ordered takeout, sat right in front of the registers because of my leg pain, and waited. We waited and waited and waited. At one point, we saw an employee holding takeout bags and looking around the room as he moved about; they looked at us, we waved at him, and he ignored us and walked on without saying anything. So we assumed it wasn't us. Then came the moment when we decided to check at the register, and surprise: we were told that our order had already been ready for 20 minutes, and we got a lecture about having to stand when ordering takeout! A pretty unpleasant moment; I just wanted to leave with our order after that. But a friend suggested checking the bag before leaving. He was right: we didn't have any of the Mario Galaxy movie commemorative coins, even though we ordered three special meals. I went back, annoyed, explaining that the coins were missing, and I got some sideways glances as they put in... two coins. I turned to my friends, asking to confirm that we had indeed ordered three special menus, and they confirmed. So I asked for my third coin. Another round of sideways glances, and we finally got our third coin. In short, we left, our food was cold, and I was quite frustrated with the experience. Today I went back, alone this time, so as not to be left with a negative impression that might have been due to the person who served us having an off day. I placed my order, sat down. And this time, everything went smoothly. They called my order, I signaled from my seat, and the menu was complete. Hooray! So, a place that can be professional, and sometimes not. It depends on the day. But I was satisfied with my last visit, so I'll give it an average rating! :)
