McDonald's sur La Teste-De-Buch

A rather disappointing experience when I went around 1:30 pm. The wait was quite long, which can happen, but my order was incorrect: I had ordered veggie nuggets and received chicken nuggets. It's a shame, because the mistake is significant when you don't eat meat.

We were at the birthday party of one of our son's classmates, and frankly, Tiago and Lise handled everything very well. Thank you for the service, the warm welcome, and your kindness.

Great restaurant, I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is very friendly, go without hesitation!

I went to the drive-thru around 1 p.m. today, and a slightly older woman took my order in a condescending tone, calling out to me with "Ooh?" and instead of saying goodbye, she just said, "It's good, it's good!" Not at all friendly.

The staff are very friendly, the service is impeccable, and the overall experience is always very good.

I was surprised they had a menu in Russian. Otherwise, it's just a poppy seed.

Clean McDonald's. Convenient for holidays

Not clean and too many people on speakerphone... it's ridiculous

My partner and I order from time to time, always using click & collect, and they almost never forget our food. It's always hot (drinks are always a bit of a hassle, but we know the drill). There are a few downsides: they don't have the same menu as other McDonald's in the area (for example, they've stopped offering the League Duo meal deal). The ice cream is getting more and more expensive with less and less of it. We used to love it, but we ended up completely stopping and no longer ordering it because we were so disappointed. There was hardly any ice cream left, and just three toppings barely scraping the bottom of the half-empty tub. And the cheese fries have hardly any cheese at all. Last time (it was recent), we tried the special cheddar fries (we paid extra for them), and they forgot the bag of cheese (so we got regular fries instead). But these are flaws that can be found in many fast food places (BK's cheese fries are the same: a poor little spoonful of cheese quickly thrown into a corner) overall we recommend it, it is well located and easily accessible with parking and outdoor terminals.
