A major plus of this restaurant is the large, covered, air-conditioned play area for children, complete with a kiosk for ordering food, which is unusual. Otherwise, a very good restaurant, worthy of the chain. The service was very quick.

A wonderful experience at this McDonald's! We were evacuated last night from our campsite in Biscarrosse due to the fires. This McDonald's opened its doors before their regular hours to give us a place to stay. They even opened the play area for our 5-year-old daughter. It really cheered her up. All the staff were very empathetic, kind, and supportive. We didn't buy anything except drinks since the kitchens weren't open. Despite their usual morning tasks, they took the time to reassure and support us. I highly recommend it. Thank you again so much! 🙏🤩 The exhausted Belgian holidaymakers 🥱

Despite the endless crowds and the long wait, the wait staff (table servers, cleaners) remained cheerful and the service was impeccable and friendly. I didn't see the kitchen staff, but given the number of customers, I imagine they were doing their very best.

26/08/2026: I'm extremely disappointed. The service is too fast and the food is perfect. It's too nice and clean, which isn't good. I wanted to see rats in McDonald's for my child to play with. I was expecting cobwebs in the burger, but no, it was quite strange, and I was expecting the waiter to be dressed as a pig.
19/08/2026: After my dinner, a very good set menu for only 5 euros, I noticed a large tear in one of my van's tires. I asked the manager for assistance, which he immediately agreed to provide. Thank you, sir. Stéphane from Belgium
