Pleasantly surprised, the food was served hot, the restaurant was clean, especially the restrooms, which is very rare for a McDonald's. The staff was very friendly, well done! It's a shame the tables weren't cleaned, but I asked them to do it and they did it immediately with a big smile.

I've been here several times before.
Lunch at 11:30 AM on October 6, 2026.
About 10 people were already in the restaurant and had been served.
Slow service.
Cold meal, cold fries, cold steak. The cheese in the burger wasn't even melted.
No option to order a drink without ice.
In short, very, very disappointed.
Too bad, I won't be going back.

We enjoy coming here after leaving the Pathé cinema, however, from 9 or 10 pm onwards they only leave one kiosk open... which makes ordering completely unappealing because of the queue, especially since sometimes the people in front of us don't know what to order, so it takes ages...

We had a wonderful time at the McDonald's in Saint-Maximin. The atmosphere was calm, and the service was excellent. The staff was remarkably kind, which we greatly appreciated. We were particularly impressed by Noah's attentive and professional attitude towards the customer, as well as the young woman who served us.
A big thank you to the team for this excellent experience!

The tables were a bit neglected, the service was disorganized, and some of the dishes we ordered were missing. There weren't enough napkins. This might be the worst McDonald's we've ever been to.
