A somewhat long service during off-peak hours (5 p.m.)
A not very clean room (floor that sticks to shoes) to be between two services (lunch and evening). We had to take a look at the tables which were full of crumbs.
An elevator is available to go upstairs, very convenient when I visited with a stroller.
