It's not rush hour, yet the order is taking quite a while to arrive. Furthermore, the staff are handling garbage, soiled mops, and other waste without washing their hands, and they're handling orders like this. I thought employee policy required them to wash their hands regularly. That's certainly changed. And all this is happening right under the managers' noses.

McDonald's is dirty and the service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait a good five minutes before a crew member would even bother to make my ice cream, even though there weren't any other customers. Basically, they were just walking right past me; I had to flag them down.
