Best McDonald’s in Strasbourg. The managers listen and the team members are efficient and conscientious. I have only had good experiences.

There's no need to be so unpleasant ahah... I have a problem with my order which doesn't print. I feel like I've burned half the McDonald's when someone talks to me, absurd. I gave 3 stars because it helps

The restaurant is dirty, the toilets filthy. Service with a smile must obviously be more expensive because we shout our number without a hello or bon appetit... I don't think this is insurmountable being in the restaurant business myself. We queue in the tiny order hall overloaded with customers... for places with reduced mobility, 2 people were in armchairs... well there is a staircase to go to the dining room upstairs and a outdoor terrace crowded with people (the manager can't do anything about it) disabled people ate on their knees...

03/09/2024: Were on the terrace on Sunday after the boat trip. We were able to get a free table in the shade under the trees. Our waitress was a bit stressed, but friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were served promptly. We enjoyed the tarte flambée and the salad with goat cheese. The prices are absolutely fine for this location. Gladly again.
29/08/2024: Very nice place, great ice cream and delicious coffee. We'd love to come back!
